Kimberly Monroe has been Nobility’s Florida division lead since 2020. Prior to joining Nobility, Kimberly was a revenue cycle manager with Autus, an Ohio-based medical billing company, for five years. She earned the nickname “Hound Dog” because of her propensity to reduce Accounts Receivable for her clients by giving relentless attention to collections. Kimberly graduated from Eastland Technical School with certificates in Marketing and Business Management, and she has the esteemed title of being the youngest McDonald’s manager ever trained in Columbus Ohio, after attending the famous burger franchise’s Hamburger University as a 17-year-old. Offering outstanding service to clients has been integral to Kimberly’s management approach throughout her diverse career.
