Faisal Bhatti leads Nobility’s revenue cycle operations, serving as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients and internal operations teams. He oversees strategic RCM initiatives, ensuring financial performance, operational excellence, and compliance across all client accounts. Faisal manages all client relationship and operation management teams, drives technical and analytics-based solutions, and establishes key performance metrics to support profitability and growth. Since joining Nobility in 2017, Faisal has played a key role in expanding the company’s global footprint by building and scaling Nobility’s offshore operations. Prior to Nobility, he held a senior leadership role at CareCloud, where he contributed to their IPO process and led multiple post-IPO operations divisions. Faisal holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Foundation University in Pakistan. Faisal earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Foundation University in Pakistan, and holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
